It tops out at 439 pages (in its formatted state it will likely be considerably longer).  The final threads that bring Van and Sahni to the Meeting Den are woven together, and the reasons they are there and why it matters to both of them are clear.  For just a moment, Sahni sees her other self and has no idea of who she is or what is to come.  Van’s rage is understandable and burning, but even more that poignant instant where the angry and humiliated Vanarra sees her friend suffering because of her own actions, and – heartbroken – she stops.  All the hurt and pain and want fades in an instant for the good of a friend.  What happens next will change their world – forever.

More detail as I format it and start working on a cover (just for my benefit).  The next one in the pipeline is “Foundations,” set after “The Summit” in the time-line.  Those who are defeated are never truly gone, and their ideals will resurface, like a disease once thought cured that returns.  The evil of de Caterra is not gone – not yet.  When that sol comes, fragile peace relied on so fully falls in an instant, and new leaders must be tested as society once again is weighed in the balance.  The final foundations are being laid for the future – what will they be?
